Yup, I go to assisted living facilities (Elderly Housing Management) for seniors with disabilities also to get their stories on how they maintain their joy. What keeps them going at their stage in life right now. What keeps them smiling and laughing. Just because some seniors have some sort of physical/ mental health condition doesn’t mean be bored. You can still enjoy life with the activities you’re able to do.
